The dandelion wine is here.
It was, a stunning success, I think.
Bright, cheerful, and light.
Initial bites of citrus tang give way to pollen and young dandelion leaves.
A slight bitter finish. It clocked in at nearly 16 percent alcohol.
The golden raisins provided a sweetness that echo of long summer days.
Now all we need is a hammock.
A well deserved treat for being so patient.
Next up:
Rose Wine.
