New Beginnings

Hello friends! Sorry for keeping you so long! A job change, combined with moving, web domain issues, and general craziness has delayed my latest posting.

Regardless, I am happy to report that I am doing well and settling into my new position as Chef (exciting right?!) of First and South restaurant in Greenport NY! This operation is yet a baby, so you won't find any pictures, websites, or reviews quite yet - but hang in there, they're coming soon!

The restaurant is currently in the middle of demolition and we're right on track for an early May opening. I'll be writing to you in the coming weeks with menus items, ingredients, and the endeavors that accompany opening a new restaurant.

In other news, my domain at Cookingcuriously.com has expired, so if you have that site favorited, delete it, and re-save cookingcuriously.blogspot.com as your link!
