Nitrogen Sessions - Pt. 1


This weekend, a few friends (Dan, Spencer, Peter) and I had a chance to get together and do a little work with the liquid nitrogen. It truly was a treat having the opportunity to freely create and brainstorm with a few other passionate cooks. Several incredible dishes were created in the process and some new techniques were also invented. Here are some pictures from the session - more to follow with specifics...
