Moving On...


Hello all! Just finished up my last day of classes at Johnson & Wales! From here on out, it's just a three month internship and a quick walk across the stage. As I look back at my four years here in Providence, I can't help but smile thinking about the friends I've made, things I've done, and some of the incredible food I've experienced.

I remember my first day here and how intimidating it was. Change can be a scary thing. It is however, as we all know, a very necessary thing. Without change, there is no growth. And I'm a growin' boy! I look forward to the changes and experiences soon to come and can't wait to share them with you.

Ahead of me, I still have three full days of work at Gracies. Sunday, it's off to NY with all my stuff in tow. I'll be having a farewell meal at Aquavit in the city with the comrades. You can bet on a full report.

Soon to follow will be an update on the new place in Jamesport (new address and all) and the ins and outs of opening a fine dining restaurant. Exciting things to come! Thank you all again for hangin in there with me - your support did not go unnoticed!
